On the luminaires market, there are a lot of standard product offers, but the individual approach and expert help are poorly represented. Personalization requires a lot of resources. Therefore, hypermarkets and stores cannot fully satisfy the customers’ needs for personal contact.
Self-identification is important for the consumer today. People want to create an individual "environment" for themselves by buying something and they are not looking for just a chandelier, but for an object that will be an expression of their own style and taste.
