"Vysota" is a multifunctional complex that includes a business center, hotel, sports center, indoor area for public events with commercial facilities, underground parking. The central element of the complex is building 180 meters high.
The building has been created: name, logo and corporate identity.
The key task was to formulate a unique differentiation for the complex as well as to offer a new and non-standard solution for the market. The brand had to comply with the following core values - modernity, innovativeness, manufacturability and convenience.
We decided that the "chip" and the feature of the complex would be the central building as it was to become the highest object in the city. This is what formed the basis of the brand. We created an original name that stands out from the competition - VYSOTA. The basic graphic solution was a combination of scale and simplicity. The semantic basis for the logo and corporate identity also served as a unique in height building of the complex. The logo is adaptive, easily integrates into any media, convenient for navigation and functional infographics. The final stage of the project was the development of a full-fledged Brandbook, which includes information about the basic constants of the brand, its philosophy, values and principles as well as a guide to the use of corporate identity.
