"Belorusneft" is the largest network of gas stations in Belarus. Every month the company encourages its customers by drawing super prizes, fuel discounts and other promotions as part of the company’s loyalty program.
The task was to hold a series of 12 ad games during the year including all the organizational issues, creative support and media placement.
Every month we created Key Visual with adaptations, digital banners and scripts for radio taking into account seasonality and the list of prizes. We worked on media splits development and carried out the actual media placement. We also dealt with all the organizational and legal issues: holding draw of the prizes, selection, purchase and delivery of prizes, writing and registering rules of ad game in the Ministry of Antimonopoly Regulation and Trade, preparation of the reports.
The whole mentioned list of services was also provided for 6 draws holding of the joint "Belorusneft" and "Mastercard" ad game.
As a result of the ad game 17 cars, 10 trips, 1 000 consolation prizes were drawn in a year. Also the number of game participants have increased by more than 100 000 people.
